Icebreaker Questions

klbOnce you have entered your team Discord channel, feel free to introduce yourself by answering any of these questions that you'd like to!
- What name, pronouns, time zone, fandoms, and likes did you list in your sign-up? (You can check your email confirmation for this!)
- What are your fannish skills? (ex// editing, organizing other people, visual art, cheerleading, betaing, directing, writing, vidding)
- What are your hopes for this Voiceteam? Is there anything new that you've been wanting to learn or try that you're hoping this Voiceteam will give an opportunity for? Any interesting project ideas you have in mind?
- Do you prefer your team members to @ you when something important is coming up, or do you prefer to not be @'d and to just backread on your own? Or something in between?
- Please share any thoughts you may have about what your teammates could do to help make this a good Voiceteam experience for you! (If you put "It depends!" for how social/active you plan to be on Discord, what would make you feel comfortable enough to be as active/social as you'd like to be?)
- If you would be willing to take on an organizational role for the team (e.g. roundup posts, setting up spreadsheets/threads/other methods for tracking group projects, making sure group decisions are made in a fair and timely way, etc), this is a good time to let your team know! If multiple people are up for this, this may lead to a discussion on how you'd like to divide up organizational tasks.
- If you've played Voiceteam before, what are some things past teams did that worked well for you and that you want to suggest to your current team?
- Do you have any suggestions for ways your team can bond and get to know each other (games, group watches, group listen-alongs, group projects, other icebreaker questions to answer, etc) while waiting for the first challenges to drop?
